Omelet for breakfast.. leftovers for lunch.. Dinner? Outback Steakhouse - I haven't had a Bloomin Onion in YEARS, and I'm going for it today since they're free!!

B - Coffee with Almond Milk/SF Torani, leftover pork
L - Tandoori Chicken, fresh kohlrabi, sour cream/chives dip
D - Pork chop, cabbage salad
D - (for dessert of course!) Low carb coconut bread with butter and sf rasperry jam

I haven't made the coconut bread before, so will update this post with the results later on. Here is the link to the recipe in case anyone is curious...

OK, so the tasting panel of my husband and I have decided that the flavor was wonderful, but it was kind of dry. Next time I make this, I think I'm going to reduce the coconut flour a bit and let the batter stand for a bit before baking...
