Which leaves me around 85 calories to play around with for my 600 calorie goal which I will probably consume in watermelon (yum!). And yep I fell off the wagon, but I'm getting back on today and I've recruited my husband! I made him watch the Horizon documentary last night and he said he was in!

I did an odd thing and went back to my first type of JUDDD meal from 2009,

shake, 1/2 hard-boiled egg, veggie sticks - 200 calories.

I guess this is a somber reaction to my loss of progress this month. I went up 2 pounds, maybe 2.5 because of how my body reacted to a tough bout with food poisoning.

So if I'm going to climb back out of this mess in September at all, I need to buckle down.

My husband wants me to join the family for his meat loaf this evening and says to just look up "meatloaf" on my calculator and have 3 ounces. I don't know if I can stand not knowing exactly what the cals are, though. He may just have to understand the meal is my leftover meal tomorrow.

I've explained to him that it really means a lot to me to have a hearty meal to look forward to tomorrow. He understands. He's been a JUDDD spouse for several years.

540 calories, sodium is 880, which is certainly high enough.

Zip, I read you were having a tough DD. Lots of ~~~encouragement vibes~~~ going out to you.
