Quick and easy calorie trim accessory

If you don't have one of these, I highly recommend it. Kids are a little pricey, and high-maintenance.. but very effective as a calorie-trimmer! I can't tell you how many medium-to-high calorie snacks have turned into very small portions as a result of these 6 words, from an adorable child...

"Mom, can I have a bite?"

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

At 65, I feel this advice comes a little late................ But I love the theory!

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Relax, rotate, reduce, rejoice.

Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

I had no control when my kids were little. They were calorie manufacturers! If only I hadn't finished whatever was on their plate when they were done. God forbid the remainders should have gone into the garbage

Well, I still plan to have a calorie trimmer or 2 in the next few years, but cats will do the same and probably cost less. Some of my cats even sense when it's a DD, cause they don't beg as much, having learned that there is nothing to share on DD.

JUDDD changed my life. It transformed my health, gave me freedom and restored my confidence.

JUDDD is very simple, very livable and very flexible. JUDDD allows weight loss and life to happen simultaneously.
