JUDDD in my future
I am reading about JUDDD and planning to transition to this WOE after my P2 round of HCG at the end of the month.
I have read Dr. J's website and completed the calorie counter, my question is, does this sound correct?
My dd should have 20% of 1568 calories = 308 to continue weight loss.
My ud should be 1568.
I am 51' 5'4 hope to be 155 by the time I start.
I entered sedentary, just because I do not go to the gym at this time.
I appreciate any information and look forward to hanging out with y'all real soon!

WOE: JUDDD/PHD, LC now that my BG is getting weird
Start Date: JUDDD 1/1/12 + LCHF 12/1/13 (controlling diabetes)
Those numbers look right (I'm the same height and exercise level...I remember those days).
Plan, plan, plan and have a good time losing!
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15
I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!
JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
