I made a big cheesy Mexican omelet for breakfast.. making chili-dog soup today. (Chili + chopped up hot dogs - it's really yummy, and my kids LOVE it) I'm planning a side-pot of chicken-chili for tomorrow's down day as well..

Colemans English mustard.
No really.
I pan fried my steak then added about 4T half and half and 1/2tsp colemans mustard to the pan to reduce and it was way way to good.
Slight horseradishy taste, very deep and smoky. I picked the mustard up on a whim and I'm glad I did

That mustard dish sounds devine!

Coffee with plenty of heavy cream
Seriously pigged out on fried chicken. Ouch. It was good.
Later, will have some canteloupe and then a salad with steak, or maybe the cantelouple before bed instead. . . . salad first.
Made some coconut bark with coconut manna sandwiched between the chocolate layers. That will be a snack.

Lunch:Starbucks lemon cake, Deli Fried Chicken 1000 (One of those sad shopping while hungry stories) Glad I have company.

If I don't have a heart attack before dinner, should make my UD calories for sure. Need to get some veggies in.

yesterday was more of a high-MD and weirdly, not that hungry today, and that weird stomach ache is back... ?

B: 1 piece of toast and 1T regular PB (at work, didn't eat at home first)

L: came home, had 4oz of Dreamfields, some parm, butter, can of tuna.

I'm at 1000 now, I have 1000 to go. I'm thinking steak for dinner, not sure... DH is going to be late tonight.

just a weird, weird food day.

Today is the first day I have made my UD calories. In fact I was over a bit. Not so proud of lunch choice but it was tasty.

I wound up eating a bunch of stuff... crackers and butter (omg, I really like salted butter), a LC tortilla with cheese (melted), then dinner was a taco salad, ate 1/2 the "bowl", and then 4 squares of sea salt dark chocolate (ghirardelli).

could be worse? suppose. Bring on the DD, I need some tea
