B - Iced coffee made w/2% milk and Torani syrup

L - Healthy Choice beef pot roast soup and a plum

D - Not sure....either broccoli w/ LF ranch, or a couple pieces of turkey tenderloin.

Lots and Lots of green tea, Crystal Light, and Water!!

D - leftover turkey burger made with feta and red bell pepper, carrot and apple salad. I wish I had some spinach. Maybe I have some frozen.
If I need to, I will have some tea during the day but I usually do best if I have nothing but water until dinner.
