UD - Monday What's on the menu?

B - 2 eggs, chicken sausage, toast 350c
L - pasta chicken salad on lettuce 450c
D - pork chops, veggies and maybe a baked potato

Fill in with something more after. Busy night at our house. Guitar lessons, PTA meeting and Church Council meeting!

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, iced tea, coffee
L: Flatbread crackers with FF cream cheese and hot pepper jelly. I'll probably have a lean cuisine too.
D: Flat Iron steak and veggies. May add bread and butter if calories allow.

B - fat free greek yogurt and half a huge apple
S - fiber plus brownie
L- 2 slices tomato pie and a side salad
S - pop chips
D- cajun pasta (homemade - spicy sausage, peppers and onions, 1 cup pasta) and a WW ice cream bar

That should get me to about 1750 with a bit of room to spare for TOM chocolate cravings.

B: Alkaline shake, sunflower butter w/ strawberries on sprouted whole wheat bread, anana.
L: 1/2 can albacore w/ mayo and scallions on 4 slices 2% cheddar, and a nectarine.
S: Dark chocolate nutty bits and a cheese stick.

According to my online tracker, this equals 1430 calories. I'm doing something a little different, so I have about 350 cals remaining. Not sure what din-din will be yet.

Exercise...not sure what I'm going to do yet... hmmmmmm..

Ended up having mashed potatoes and veggies with the steak. I still have lots of calories left over, so I'll be having wine, crackers, and chicken liver pate (I actually made it!) in a bit.

Today is my up day and i am eating soooooo much sugar
TOM is here and I am giving into it (still staying under cal though!)

breakfast - choc protein shake and mid morning lollies
lunch - 2 sushi hand rolls (so excited, my sushi place started making brown rice option!)
snack - u guessed it, chocolate and lollies
dinner - spud with beans and vegies and cheese (oh god yes...)

I suppose I will also have some sort of sugar for dessert, maybe honey/peanut butter on toast. Yeah, I got it bad.

After today my cravings usually subside so will have a super clean DD tomorrow as yesterdays was not (those damn cravings....)
