Will hold out as long as I can. Having salad and crab legs for dinner tonight. Making buffalo chicken today in the crock pot today to eat all this week in lettuce wraps. Yum.

B: 2 egg omelet cooked in 1/2 tbs butter 200 cal
L: 4.5 oz turkey breast and 2.5 oz steamed broccoli 185 D: will probably be leftover 2.5 oz broccoli and 5 HB egg whites for about 120 cal trying to stick to 500 cal, if possible.
