almost missed it, was looking for the DD at the start :duh:

My stomach ache/issue is back. Wondering if it's the Wendy's chili? weird, I don't remember having issues with it in the past...

B: nothing
L: strawberry GINGER tea, hoping to settle the stomach (and a lot of pepto bismol) and hydrate
D: not sure

I'm traveling today to Las Vegas-- get in around 10:30 local time. If I don't eat before then, I might have something from room service

I'll probably snack on the plane-- crackers, veggies.

Oh Soren, I hope it's not the chili! Or maybe I hope it is, so you know what to avoid.

B: Black coffee (5)
L: You guessed it--Wendy's chili (210) with habanero sauce (0)
D: No idea yet. DH is taking is friend out for his 40th birthday tonight, but plans to be home for dinner before they head out. It's probably going to be either chicken and veggies, or a Subway salad. (110 - 200)

I think it might be I had the Large the night before I was first sick, and then I had a small tomorrow.

I don't think it's food poisoning, b/c that happens within an hour, usually. So, I figure its the beans All my other food has been normal/typical.

sigh.
anyway, I'll avoid it while I'm gone, and maybe test it one more time some time in the future (b/c I've never had bean issues EVER before).

s egg white w splenda and vanilla "crepe"
d (plan) salmon, veggies

aiming for 600 or less... so far so good! need to get some more cukes and other really low cal foods...

my first DD w/o overspending on jerky or protein shake, so while I am hungry, it doesn't feel unbearable.
