Really filling!

1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese (80 cals) + 1/2 sour apple (36 cals) + 5 strawberries (23 cals) for a grand total of 139 calories! Sprinkled with a little but of splenda. I got this!!!!

Yeah...HCG was a failed experiment. I have autoimmune issues and I felt like chit. I got really dizzy after a week and just about fell down some stairs. I am really happy to have found JUDDD. I finally feel encouraged that this will work since it improves health and in my case, is the underlying cause of the extra pounds to begin with. I feel like I am attacking the root cause of the problem with JUDDD - inflammation!

Sorry to hear you had a rough go at hcg. I am currently on a round and will be doing JUDDD once I am into P4. I cannot wait!! I had success with it before, but wanted the quick weight loss that hcg can give me. I am on a deadline here and need it gone yesterday Cannot wait til I am back to JUDDD.
