L. 1 Bran Crisp spread with 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Strawberry (60 cal)
D. 2 srv Gortons Grilled Tilapia + big arugula, tomato, cucumber salad dressed with garlic and balsamic vinagrette (269 cal)

@490 calories

If I'm still hungry in the evening I'll make chicken broth with shirataki noodles--which fail in many applications but are consistently good in soups

Coffee, black plus coconut oil

50g pomegranate juice (added for heart health properties)

L Smoked salmon Salad with half an avocado.

D. Grilled Monkfish with tomato sauce and more green salad.

Amazing you can eat so much and stay the right side of 500 cals. I love fish power!

just opened my first packet ever of roasted seaweed snacks - cracked pepper and herb. I think these just might be a cure for craving a mouthful of crispy salty on a down day. Odd, but I kinda like oddness.

lunch organic peach, sliced homegrown cuke, chickpeas

dinner garden veggies cooked into a spicy sauce with black shirataki and wild caught shrimp and some cubed cantaloupe sprinkled with pink salt

Late lunch - 2 magic pops each spread w T of whitefish salad and half a sm sliced cucumber
S- magic pop
D- 2 FF hebrew national hotdogs dipped in a bit of mustard and ketchup plus yet another magic pop spread with a little lite cream cheese

Not enough veggies and too many magic pops but they hit the spot and it was all I had time for today. 275 cals so far. I have a bit of room for a sweet if needed.
