B. Pillsbury Egg, Bacon & Veggie Scramble + Grilled Steak Strips + a Latte made with chocolate almond milk
L. 2 Cheeseburgers w/ Lettuce, Onion, Tomato & Cheese + Bean Salad + Stewed Okra + Strawberries
D. Tuna Sandwich??

HAPPY LABOR DAY everybody! It's a rainy day here in Maryland today--which is sad, because we need to grill burgers for my sister and brother-in-law who are coming over.

I note that the Egg Scramble from Pillsbury was convenient, but not worth the calories. I am convinced I could whip up something fresh myself for less. I will also note that I found hamburger buns that are only 80 calories each--which allows me to have two burgers instead of just one.

Out shopping with DD and stopped at Applebys for lunch. Got one of their 550 entrees of steak, sautéed onions, a portabella stuffed with spinach and a few potatoes (which I didn't eat). Very satisfying 550. No breakfast so I have tons of cals for a nice dinner but dont know what that will be.
