We'll be on the road a good portion of the day, so it's all up in the air. I am packing grapes for the car, will probably eat a late breakfast/brunch, then an early-ish dinner.

Dinner will be at Joe's Crab Shack, and I may just have a steam pot at around 1200 calories before any butter's added (have to have butter with crab legs!), so I'll try to eat fairly light the rest of the day.

Tomorrow may end up being a MD or a higher DD since we'll be out of town. It will depend on how the day plays out since I won't have much control over where/when we eat, but I know there will be at least one Thai option, so I should be able to keep it pretty low.

And if there are calories left over I'll have some Carb Smart Chocolate Ice Cream.

Rats, Guys. I made a mistake. Today is a big opening football day for so many schools here.. tons of games to watch, and I don't get tailgate food in front of the TV set! I forgot to alter my rotation, and I really need the DD, so.. I can't cheat today. LOL

I'll have to pop in here to read what everyone else is enjoying on their UD today. Have a fun day, JUDDD BUDDDs!

Oh I forgot breakfast!

Had a hamd butty for lunch.

Have just cracked a bottle of red to sip with the chille con carne and tortilla chips we shall be scarfing shortly!

I mean who seriously thinks this is a diet?

And yet I lose the expected 1 -2 lbs per week!

Melissa - that looks amazing!

B- 2 slices rye toast w whitefish salad , onions and tomatoes
L- snacky stuff including a magic pop and a few pieces of candy, a couple of slices pastrami
S- dinner out with the family at a tapas restaurant, there will be wine and there will be chocolate! I figure I have about 1400 cals to play with for dinner and I walked 7.2 miles today in the heat so while it may be difficult to estimate calories I should be OK.

Breakfast: Coffee, 1.5 C Fiber One Cereal
Lunch: 1 C. Greek yogurt, 1 TBS. orange marmalde, 2 TBS. ground flax
Dinner: Turkey & black bean chili, handful tortilla chips, 1 hot dog, 1/2 C. cole slaw, 1/2 C. Mac & cheese, 1 corn on cob w/ butter.
Dessert: Slice of dairy queen ice cream cake (@ my oldest son's 34th birthday party)

It was too much food with lots of fiber for me to digest at one meal, on top of the fiber cereal & flax I ate earlier in the day... so I spent an hour with the runs afterwards.
