L canned crab, lf mayo, romaine (made 4 little leaf wraps)
S leftover spicy Asian chicken and veg (wee bit)
D scallops (grilled?), cauliflower, broc, with Laughing Cow cheese

I am excited re the scallops, not something I normally buy, but feel like a treat and they are low cal, low fat, high protein.

I survived a DD at a Pampered Chef Party!!!!!!

B: English muffin w/egg, Canadian bacon, & 1/2 slice of cheese - 220 calories
L: Joseph's pita w/turkey & LC wedge -145 calories
D: A couple of bites of chicken w/ham & swiss on top, and 1/2 a grands biscuit with a bit of apple topping - not more than the 235 calories I had left!!!

There was good food to be had at the Pampered Chef party, but I ordered myself some new tools and a couple of cookbooks safe and happy with the knowledge that I could fix some super tasty recipes on my UD's! I'm so very proud of myself!!!!!
