Good morning Adi and all who follow

B: Coffee and sausage kolaches
D: Texas roadhouse (probably grilled chicken caesar since I had a carby breakfast)
S: scrambled egg, pepper jack cheese and avocado grilled pita (low-carb pita)

B: Proper coffee, scrambled eggs x 2 on 1 round of toast and 3 rashers of bacon

L: I feel stuffed, so I had a biscotti at Costa, and just got given a sausage that escaped the plates last night. Why does a sausage straight out of the fridge taste so nice?

D: Roast chicken, leeks, roast potatoes and any other veg we find! Plus a couple of large glasses of red.

I don't snack so any other kcals will be from redbush tea!

That comes to about 1500kcals! Oops! That's about 500kcals light

Ah well, more roasties for me

I sort of forgot it was an UD, all I've had is coffee so far.

My son reminded me we're going out to dinner at a local diner, I plan on having a chili & cheese omelet with hash browns (sort of a Cincinnati dish). The rest of the day is undecided.

Didn't make it to the diner.

B-Coffee with SF syrup 15

L-Frozen Stouffer's meal 350

S-Chocolate ice cream 200

D-Jimmy John's ham & roast beef unwhich 450

Hmmm, I'm about 800 calories short and it's already 8pm.. Cutting out cereal, bread, etc cuts out a lot of calories.
