Good Doctor's Response!

So interesting thing happened this week. I've been at the doctor's offices with tests this week and trying to get my asthma back under control. When I following the nutritionist for a couple of weeks, it was enough to send me into asthma.

So I told the pulmonologist about what happened and about my diet...and she listened intently. And asked if I had resumed my former diet. And I told her, "Oh yeah." And she said, "Good."

Apparently she doesn't want me on a bunch of "healthy whole grains" and "milk" either! I told her about my low carb and about JUDDDing and how it had been helping my asthma symptoms because of the SIRT1 activation. She didn't say it in so many words, but I'm thinking she doesn't have any problem with it!!

I love it when you meet medical people who are open minded. Glad the asthma is improving again.

Great news!
My asthma has been weirdly active this year. I had posted before that I've had minor attacks when I eat chocolate based mixes (hot coco and brownies) on 2 separate occasions it happened.
I was thinking it was just allergies triggering it, but now I'm convinced it's something in the processed mixes.

I think it is interesting and wonderful that fasting is so good for asthma!

I suffered with allergy related asthma a few years ago. I tend to think it had to be wheat or sugar because that is the only thing that I have eliminated in that time period. It was pretty serious at one point, I had difficulty speaking without needing to stop. I know that I never want to have it again!

The more I read and experiment, the more frightened I am of processed foods!

Pooticus, that is wonderful news! You have a doctor who thinks!!!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
