DD Saturday! What's cooking?

Good morning!
I had an MD yesterday, been a weird week.

B: black coffee
D: making the guys meatloaf so I'll probably have a small serving of that with a simple salad, around 300 cals
S: nothing planned, may do celery and cucumber slices w/vinegar

Start Date: LC Jan 2003, many restarts. 2015: LC and 5:2
Today is MD for me, b/c I'm going to the CNE tomorrow (biggest fair in canada, basically) and I have every intention of eating some really egregiously fried foods

B: 2c cereal, 1c almond milk
3 eggs, scambled with chives

L: not sure if I'll get around to eating this, but if so-- 1 pkg shirataki, and 1/2c tomato sauce, sprinkle of parmesan

D: 10oz pork chops, salad

DD here and I'm taking a page from Adi's book.

I've hard boiled some eggs and don't have a real plan, but am thinking mostly eggs today, along with my baking soda infused water I'm trying thanks to PJ.

B: Coffee, hard boiled egg salad (just 1 egg with a sliced green onion and some mustard) on 3 Suzie's thin cakes (118)

Depending how that keeps me, I may just do the same for lunch.

Dinner will be either that again, or some protein/vegetable combination.

TOM is here and I'm not particularly hungry, so perhaps my ravenous hunger of the last week or so was hormonal. I'm not used to that, and don't particularly enjoy it!

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

So far:

B: 2 turkey sausage patties, 1 tomato, sliced: 150 cal

L: EAS fudge shake: 110

Snack: Thai coconut chicken broth with some shredded celery: 50

D: Leftover lentil soup -- 160

470, but A few TBsP of milk in my coffee will get me to just 500....

Bad morning, it's a good thing there were no donuts in the house! Had an UUAD yesterday so I have to be good today.

Morning-Coffee with SF syrup 15

Afternoon-1 egg, 1/4 cup eggbeaters, a little cheddar cheese. Out of turkey sausage. 190-200

Evening-Cabbage/chicken/cream cheese 150
Supposed to go to a deck party tonight. I'm taking club soda and might allow myself one beer.

FF Greek yogurt if I don't have the beer.

Running around today

Our home renovations aren't finished, but we're having a party tomorrow so the husband and I have been running around doing errands. I had no dinner plans so here's what my thoughts are.

B. Bulletproof Coffee (220 cal)
L. Mint Tea (0 cal)
D. Wendy's Chili (210 cal)

430 total, which leaves me 70 calories for an egg or something. Or maybe I'll get the large chili for 310 and just decide that 550 total is acceptable wiggle room.
