L- chopped salad - lg cucumber, half a yellow pepper, cup of cherry tomatoes, one boiled egg white and 1 oz of grilled chicken tossed in ACV with oregano and garlic salt (160)
D- 100 cals of something filling - maybe chicken broth with chicken bits and miracle rice

trying to spread out calories today - anything to shake loose some lbs!!

I made it all the way until 2:30 on just one cup of coffee!

B-Coffee with SF chocolate syrup

L-1 egg, 1/4 eggbeaters, turkey sausage-195

D-Cabbage, chicken, cream cheese-145

S-FF blueberry Greek yogurt

Decaf in the evening

Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total

L. Bulletproof Coffee (230)
D. House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles + Homestyle LC Chili (300)

530 for the day. This is starting to settle in as my DD menu. Not a lot of vegetables or fruit in this menu because so much is spent on the coffee. But since I lost 4 lbs on the week I started introducing a daily tbsp of coconut oil this way, I'm kind of afraid to change anything.

You could probably just mix the butter and coconut oil with a dash of cocoa powder and freeze it for little droplets that would have the same effect.
