![]() Had a great dd yesterday-- need to keep it on track today B: 3 hb eggs, 2T 1/2fat mayo, homegrown chives lc english muffin L: not sure-- maybe a new paleo bread I baked this morning, or maybe tuna and pork rinds D: 10oz rib steak, broccoli. Maybe a glass of red wine and chocolate? as planned, I'm at 1800 cal and 23g net, so we'll see what really happens.

B: Scrambled eggs with hash on wholemeal toast: 440cals L: Tuna Mayo sandwich with Sweetcorn: 325cals D: Spaghetti Carbonara: 300cals S: Dime Bars (2): 300cals Chocolate Chip Cookies (5): 250cals ![]() Total: 1615cals. I can't believe after all that I still have 500 calories to eat!! |

Dottie, I had a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing for breakfast.
![]() (Ok....that's something I never would have thought about in all the time I've been on Atkins!....and boy did it feel good to admit! Tasted good too!) B - the yummy red velvet cupcake, along with a cup of coffee w/HWC L - Leftover fried rice and chicken lo mein from Tuesday. Good stuff reheated! D - Going out....might have a cheeseburger (with bun, and what the hell...throw in some fries too!) Gawd, I love this WOE. |

Hi gang! For the new folks, just wanted to give a word of warning-- if you're coming from a Low Carb way of life, prior to JUDDD, and you're jumping into eating carbs again-- you might actually gain a bit of water weight, as the carbs are processed by your body and glycogen fills up in your liver, etc. Proceed with a bit of caution.
Having gotten *that* out of the way-- OMG i love bread pudding!!! ![]()
