Thanks for starting!

Supposed to be a UD, but I need to change up the schedule....so it's an MD

B: 1/2 onion bagel with 1/2 can tuna and mayo/olive oil. Few cucumber slices. 100 cal dark chocolate bar.

S: Same without chocolate

Late L: Home made exepensive chili, nectarine, 100 cal dark chocolate bar

S: Think thin bar

D: 2 sliders with ketchup (no bun). Not sure about side yet...

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
B. 1 cup dirty rice and 8 oz grilled fish
L. I only ended up eating half of that breakfast, so I guess lunch is the rest of it
D. KFC

I suppose I should eat some sort of veggie or fruit in there.

That leaves me with 1360 for dinner and wine.

B- 100 cal flat bread toasted w 2 slices of 2% cheese
L- grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta roll w roasted peppers, spinach and provolone, small serving (1/3 cup)? Pasta salad
S- ruh roh, someone left girl scout cookies out in the office kitchen (4 cookies)
D- grilled rib eye steak (5 oz) plus 2 slices of avocado bruschetta, slice of homemade banana choc chip loaf

I get about 1960 cals in ******.
