Thanks for starting, Dottie.
DD with travel and one of those black-dress-and-heels things tonight. Yikes. Give me pajamas and a canoe any day. Nervous. B: coffee, just to hype me up a bit more. Late L: stir-fried coleslaw with tuna or egg. 300. D: sparkling water. Happy day, everybody. ![]()

Good morning! Got a little carried away on my calories yesterday - I underestimated how many calories I had in beverages of all things - need to stick to water!
Today I'm planning: B: 1 egg & 1/2 english muffin - 120 L: Joseph's pita w/LC wedge, 2 slices turkey & an apple - 205 D: Homemade chicken orzo soup - have to figure out the calories - hoping if I go heavy on broth I can keep it under 275 to meet my goal of 600 |

I did make some really good green salsa so I baked a Joseph's pita and had 1/4 cup of the salsa with it for breakfast (80 cals total).
So still around the 300 calorie mark for the day

Hi All!
Ouizoid-- where's your super low OMM recipe? I might already have it, but I think when I make it, it comes out to 100 cal? maybe you just eat 1/2? I'm also going to try your gluc pudding today-- after your advice to Steph D about having bulk, I'm going to give it a go too Here's my menu (will see what actually happens): B: iced mango chili green tea (made 1L, which is my max for caffeine... will drink all day, watered down). vitamins, other water/mio L: 1 hb egg (74) D: shredded cabbage (100) stirfried with ??? protein and tomato sauce (50) S: gluc pudding if I can get it made... almond milk and gluc right? so 40 cal for 1c will check in later with progress

OK, here's DD number 2 for me:
I lasted until 12pm and then had 1 hb egg: 75cals Then I waited until evening so I could have one larger meal: Giant plate of mashed carrot and parsnip with a small helping of mashed potato and some marmite (I know, this sounds weird and my husband looked at me like I was crazy but this is total comfort food for me and sooo filling): 220cals And a treat: Crunchie Bar: 185cals Total: 480cals (my DD limit is 499cals) Feeling nice and full now so am going to go to bed early. |

Soren--my OMM is maybe barely 50 calories
http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/bbs/lo...olate-omm.html I have taken to skipping the hersheys syrup because I don't really like the flavour. Trying JUDDD--my banana protein pudding is one scoop flavourless whey (90 calories), 2 Tbs sf Banana Davinci's, and a little bit of Coconut Creamer (1 Tbs = 10 cals). Stir together and enjoy. Sometimes instead I use BSN Banana flavoured lean dessert protein, which is a little carbier but VERY yummy. Then I just mix it with coconut creamer. Today I wanted fewer carbs. Coffee and cream (40 calories)
Tuna/corn/kidney bean salad (180 calories) Nectarine (60 calories) I'm not sure what dinner will be! I'm going to grab some sparkling water soon because I am feeling hunger today! |

i had a great dd today! the caffeine in the green tea did the trick!
i wound up skipping the hb egg, and just went right to dinner, where i added some cauliflower "hash' and only 1/2 bag of slaw, and 7oz of grilled chicken breast Ouizoid! the gluc pudding, my first, was great! even DH liked it! totals: 487 cal (my lowest on a dd in ages) 16g net, and all from veggies

Nice job, Soren!
My 2nd DD was pretty good! Went to a Milwaukee Brewers game, so the eight hour total drive kept me occupied. Had a soft pretzel at the game....ended up at around 400 for the day! Bring on the UD! :d |
