So I just realized my birthday (a few weeks away) will be a DD and that doesn't sound like fun to me...
How do you go about changing your schedule? Do 2 DD in a row? Or 2 UD?
What's my best option here?

Yep, birthdays are always UDs according to Dr. Johnson's plan. It's the law.
(not really law, but Dr. Johnson did say it was his plan!)
Either do two UDs together or have an MD before any upcoming UD that's convenient. MD would be at a calorie level approximately halfway between your usual DD and UD calorie levels.

Let us know how you adjust things around! My birthday (09/05) is a DD for me too, but after a long weekend away from home, I think it will be just what this girl will need!!!

Inserting a MD sometime in advance will change your rotation.
The way to do it that works best is in this order: DD, MD, UD
Add your DD calories and your UD calories together, then divide by 2. (for instance, if someone's DD is 500 and their UD is 1500, the total would be 2000. Now divide by 2 and the MD will be 1000. In that case, the JUDDer would eat 500 DD, then 1000 MD, then 2000 UD).

think: Small - Medium - Large to get the order right.
Reason being, for most of us trying to have one DD following a previous DD doesn't work because the body just does not have enough fuel to make it through.
