Good morning!

Trying something new today, I am moving my 7 hour window to morning. B & L only. Will report if I am successful!

2 eggs & 2 slices of Turkey Bacon
Coffee half/half

Grilled Shrimp & Spinach Salad

Lots of green tea & lemonade (zero sweetener)

D: Indian Style Potatoes, Chick Peas and Prawns
S: Cup of Tea, Mcvitie's Dark Chocolate Digestive
S: Little cup of coffee

Hi ladies!

Vickie's menu does look great!

Here's mine, not exciting

B: water, maybe some strawberry white tea later

L: 1 hb egg, wee bit of lite maya

S: might need another egg later

D: large chicken caesar salad with lite caesar dressing

around 500+ calories,
I'm not counting the lettuce, so almost 0 carbs today

Hi... I`m 5 weeks into JUDDD. Had a few days bing then now I`m back to where I was at... 6 lbs down. But TOM is here for the week. Anyways, here is my menu for tueday.

L. Pork Chop and Cooked Baby Carrots

S. Brown Rice and Chicken Breast?

B- coffee and 1/2 &1/2 X 2 (50 cal) at work

L- chicken noodle cup of soup X 2 (100cal)

D- cabbage and leftover grilled london broil. (300 cal)

S- maybe a SF fudgesicle or popsicle

So, that was a nice start and then I ate a bunch more stuff. But per the threads I've been posting in lately, I counted everything but the lettuce

--a bunch of grape tomatoes
1/2 a "hungry girl" flatout flatbread -- 45 cal
another triangle
1 slice of bacon
1 whole cucumber (english) sliced into rounds

I am clearly PMS and it's just going to be hungry UD and DD until TOM starts. At which point, I will put away my laundry, tidy all the rooms, and generally get a total buzz of energy and low hunger.
go figure.
