D: 4oz 98% lean ground beef mixed w/garlic powder, salt and pepper and made into meatballs then mixed w/shirataki rice, a little ragu no-sugar sauce and parmesan (170 cals)
S: Egg drop soup w/spinach and shirataki rice (95 cals)

Rice cereal, tbl slivered almonds, tbl dried cranberries, almond milk (175)

Protein bar (Think Thin) (230) - Finally found one that tastes good and as no oats or peanuts in it!

Lots of tea and water!

Start Date: Restarting LC 7/17/13
Having a great DD so far. 1pm and all I've had is coffee, not starving yet.
Once I get hungry I'm going to try to eat every 2-3 hours

B-Coffee with SF chocolate syrup (this stuff has saved my life, JUDDD wise) 15

L-FF blueberry Greek yogurt-130

S-Can of green beans with tomatoes-90-100

D-Low calorie frozen meal, not sure which one-160-170

S-FF blueberry Greek yogurt-130

Total around 535, which is about as low as I can go.

I have already eaten everything. I had a few more nuts too - but I'm done now. I hate the first DD after a few days not doing JUDDD (I had 3 UDs in a row on vacation). It always leads to a STARVING DD for me. DDs just started being not too bad for me either before this slip. Ugh.
