Can you help me find a couple recipes please?

I am looking for the pumpkin bread recipe that there was some calorie controversy over. There was a link to it posted here... somewhere.

Also, if you know of any good coconut flour recipes, that would be great. I bought some today, but I don't remember what I wanted it for. Getting old kinda sucks sometimes.
