UD Friday - what's on the menu?

B - 2 eggs, brat 260c
L - sandwich and cottage cheese/strawberries 390c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - eating out with a dear friend. I have 1000c should be good.

Yesterday was a way too high DD, today will better!

WOE: Lower carb-cutting back on wheat & refined sugar
Start Date: Restarting LC 7/17/13
Despite my best intentions to stay away from wheat, I had a big bagel & cream cheese for breakfast. Sigh.

B-Coffee with SF chocolate syrup, bagel with cream cheese. 300ish

L-Going to a movie, so lunch will probably be a small popcorn & water. ? calories

S-Yogurt if there's any in the fridge

D-Happy hour at a local pub. I'm thinking one of their big grilled chicken salads & a couple of glasses of sangria.

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
Oh no! I'll have to scrounge up more calories :P

B. Two slices WW Rye Bread + 2 oz. Smoked Salmon + 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese + 1/4 cup red onion + 2 tbsp capers + 4 beefsteak tomato slices + 4 cucumber slices (407 cal)
S. Greek Yogurt? (150)
L. Fat Free Italian Dressing on spring mix, topped with a can of albacore tuna in water, and sprinkled with salt, pepper, and a healthy portion of parmesan cheese (266 cal)
D. Buffalo Chicken Wraps (@437)

I plan to top this with an ice cream sundae.

I have a staff dinner tonight, so I'll be stuffing my face!

I think I'm going to have Black Cod with rice and veggies. Cocktails are a must! I'll probably have an appetizer and maybe dessert if I can handle it!

I had a protein shake with goatmilk shortly after finishing my workout.

Lunch was a BLT, chips, and a big bowl of watermelon & cantaloupe

Dinner: 2 chicken & cheese tacos, chips & beans & salsa, 2 pieces of dark chocolate and a glass of wine. I'm really full but wanted to get all my calories in.

Blew most of my calories at breakfast with a huge bagel (and a half ) and cream cheese-- oops. Bagels are my kryptonite. I try to do rye bread toast instead too stephdray. Just as good and way less calories.

Bagels led to candy. Body screaming where is the protein?
Lunch was a buffalo chicken wrap but only half the wrap (whew, protein) and dinner was a cup of crab bisque and a Waldorf salad. A cookie to take my vitamins bring me to ~2100 cals. Over my target but not crazy. Time to call it a night before I do some damage.

I like bagels too, but seriously, the WW Rye bread is something I'm eating by choice. It's tasty and only 90 calories for two slices. I felt like I was eating lox and bagels today.

On the other hand, it's an up day. You're entitled to a bagel if you want it!
