D: Out at a french restaurant. Last time I was there, I had a chicken breast and spinach and mashed potatoes. I might have the same thing. Very Zone friendly!

Friend wanted to take me out for my birthday and she has a groupon (always a good deal)! So, I'm saving my cals until dinner. I have a liter of hot tea, a liter of water, and 20 oz of crystal light to get me through the day. Tough day, I'm sure, but worth it!

Trying something a little different today. I'm fine with coffee/water until 12 or 1pm, then it seems my stomach just has to have something to digest. Liquids only fool it for so long.

Coffee and water until 1pm

Afternoon-5 or 6 saltines (or 2 Wasa, haven't decided) with 2tbls of lower sugar peanut butter, broken up into 2 or 3 servings. Hopefully there is enough protein/fat in this to keep me satisfied until dinner. 250 cal

Evening-Eggbeaters with tomatoes. 100
Cabbage/chicken/cream cheese-145

If this doesn't work I'm going to try Dawn's Wendy's chili diet. Obviously, it works for her!

L. Fage Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (100 cal) (I use the full fat or 2% version on up days)
D. Shrimp Creole on Shirataki Noodles w/ Cucumber & Tomato Salad (@350 cal)

The creole is going to be a new recipe so we'll see how that turns out. I'm nervous to try new recipes on DDs.

Plans changed...french restaurant booked. To another trendy restaurant we go... I'll look at the menu now.

ETA: Ok, the sashimi tuna salad looks good and allows me to have some wine! Although so does the french dip. We shall see when we get there!

As it turns out, my creole recipe sucked. I think once I have a few really good DD meal plans, this will get easier...

I had the wasa, laughing cow and turkey for dinner, same as my lunchish meal. Then tried to blend 2 peaches with unsweetened almond milk, liquid stevia and ice. I drank about half of it but it was not yummy at all...so the rest went down the drain. I ended the day around 470. I am plotting my foods on the website that has "fireworks" and I love to see the pattern developing of the peaks and valleys. Of course, every day it gives me the lecture about staying with my calorie range, whether I am too high or too low!

Ended up eating some spinach and artichoke dip. Also had spicy tuna roll with avocado. Drank few glasses of wine... fun!

Finished the day at 525 calories. I couldn't sleep so I had a few olives which added another 25 calories to my total. But this is probably the closest I've been to 500. Drinking lots of liquids, plus eating a tiny bit of food every 2-3 hours to give my stomach something to digest seems to have worked.
