Skipping lunch so I can enjoy a corona with my fish tacos for dinner.

I plugged it all in to the livestrong calculator, 489 calories.

I might just top that off with a 50 calorie coconut milk fudgesicle for dessert!

so far just a nectarine - planning a zucchini, diced tomato, onion, shirataki and parmesan cheese stir fry for later and maybe a skinny cow for a total of ~400 cals

Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
B. Two eggs, three thick bacon strips (312 cal)
L. None
D. Subway Oven Roasted Chicken Sandwich 6" (320 cal)
S. Mint Tea (0 cal)

So, I'm already over my 500 calories and, unfortunately, very hungry tonight. I suspect that I can't really thrive on carbs on a down day. I'm going to try to white-knuckle my way through it till bed time. If I can't manage it, I'm going to have to break out the shirataki or something.

wasa bread, laughing cow light, 2 oz turkey - 130
(divided this in half and had half at breakfast and half at about 11:00)
2:30ish - 5 egg whites, 1oz turkey, 1 green onion spear, 1 laughing cow light, Scandanavian bran crispbread (167)

7:00 - small apple 75

Bedtime - if hungry - 2oz turkey, bran bread - 62
If I can do nursing school I can do this! Low carb with fat because low carb low fat doesn't work for me.
