I looked but didn't find this started,

B- coffee with 1/2 &1/2
L- cabbage, onion, celery and leftover pork loin soup
D- more of the above

Find I'm doing the same thing so I don't have to think about it....which I guess is normal for this woe.

B. Egg whites mushroom, spinach,coffee and crystal light

s. celery, carrots, iced tea

S. chicken/cabbarge/shirataki noodles/laughing cow garlic & herb, added parsley and a sprinkle of parm, more iced tea
