DD Tuesday anyone?
Hey all you super JUDDDers didn't see a DD Tuesday. Hope I didn't overlook it, sorry if I did
B: Toast with spray butter and a poached egg and a cup of coffee about 140 cal
L: Open faced sandwich: toasted bread with mustard, turkey lunchmeat and lettuce about 130 cal
D: Greek yogurt and an apple for dessert
500 maybe less

D- 4 oz eye round, zucchini and diced tomato stir fry 280 cals
S- 2 rice cakes with SF jelly 100 cals

Coffee with 1 Creamer 20
2-3 bites home made pizza BF made. estimating 50- I like to overestimate!
385 for the day.. maybe some frozen yogurt later at 120cal per 1/2 cup!
