It's **UD** Sunday ~ What are you eating?

We're trying a new place for breakfast called "Batter Up!" So I'm trying the "Nina" pancake~Wholegrain blue cornmeal, chocolate chips, oats, bananas. I put everything in to an online tracker and gave generous portions and came up with 485 calories. I hope that's in the ballpark, excuse the pun.

Then we're going to the swap meet. I'm not sure if we'll still be there around lunch time, so it may be taco truck food or similar.

Dinner: Lamb steaks we picked up at Costco, and some veggie, maybe some bread as well.

Those pancakes sound divine!! I love blue cornmeal. Add in chocolate chips and bananas and you have an OM dish. And for only 485 calories!!
Not an up day for me, so I will be dreaming of these until tomorrow when I won't feel hungry!!

L - lettuce wraps with tuna with HB eggs, light sour cream, pickles, watermelon (600)
D - cantaloupe, watermelon, zucchini with spaghetti sauce (600)

I ended up going for the plain cornmeal pancake, eggs and bacon instead. It was so good. Next time I'm getting the Nina for sure!

Breakfast: Carb Zero bread as french toast, bacon, SF syrup, HWC in coffee, 270 cal
Lunch: 2 chicken thighs, 1/2 sweet potato w/1T butter and salt, 450 cal
Dinner: chicken thighs (found a sale!), baked potato w/lt sour cream and leftover bacon, corn on the cob.
Maybe a cocktail, maybe wine, maybe not. My UD goal is 2200, so I have some room to play.
