It's going to be coffee and a meal replacement shake until dinner. I'm searching for a taco soup to make. I think I can find one that will come in under 300 calories.

D-Probably a Lean Cuisine 160-170,or maybe more of the slaw/chicken/cream cheese stuff.

My salsa soup is looking good. I should get a healthy serving! The calories are low enough that I am even going to have a little avocado and greek yogurt on top.

I am usually eating on the upper end of my 35% weight loss mode calories, and I am okay with that as long as I keep losing. So far so good!
