**UD** Wednesday: what's on your menu?

B: coffee w/half and half
D: beef and broccoli w/onions (strip steak, low sodium soy sauce, ginger, garlic, broccoli, onions, beef broth, toasted sesame oil, sesame seeds, thickened w/glucomannan or cornstarch, not sure yet, depends on what I grab )
S: ribeye w/cultured butter; big salad w/Italian dressing and blue cheese crumbles
Snacks: peach; super sharp cheddar; a full fat latte; almonds

I'm thinking chinese food today! Haven't decided exactly which dish yet though. Plan to eat two times today. Just lunch and dinner. Plus drink lots and lots of water.

I am starving this a.m., so ready for a solid meal!

B - 2 eggs, turkey brat, toast 435c
L - pasta salad 400c
S - peaches 60c
D - grilled shrimp, baked potato and green beans 470c

That leaves me around 480 to play with. Might have wine or popcorn, not sure!

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, add jalapenos, coffee, water with chlorophyll.
L: ?? Not sure yet
D: Amy lu burger on TJ's onion rye, with cheese - panini style. Not sure yet what else.

For lunch I will probably just have a fruit/yogurt/protein smoothie

Dinner is goat fajitas with chips & beans & salsa

Hmmmm, that probably won't be enough calories though so maybe I should re-think lunch. I just know I'm going to be pressed for time and I really need the protein today.

I may make some hummus and tzatziki and have some low-carb pita chips or celery and bell peppers with that instead of the assorted snacks.

Hooray! Upday!

I will be grabbing a large coffee with cream and sugar on the way to work.
I love my overnight oatmeal, so that will be breakfast.

Lunch and dinner are a mystery.

I am a changed woman...it's my upday and I chose to eat a chicken/goat cheese/pecan salad. I found a local food truck called Fresh Local Wild. They've been featured on Diners Drive-ins and Dives...I'm no Guy Fieri fan...but this salad is delicious!

Now that sounds amazing! I'd probably add cranberries or apple slices and be able to die happy.

Lunch ended up being Pho with very thinly sliced beef, rice noodles, onion, bean sprouts, basil, peppers, and hot chili oil from a little whole-in-the-wall place just a few blocks from my office. I always forget they're there. It was so good, and I could only eat half.
