New with questions!

Sorry if I am posting in wrong place but since everyone was talking about what they eat............

On DD I know it is initially suggested to stick to protein shakes and bars...... along that line...
Does it really matter what you eat to obtain the 500 calories?
Like those 90 calorie granola bars? they do have a ton of carbs
Or oatmeal......... same thing, lot of carbs

ANY HELP is appreciated

You're limed to the calories stated (500 is a good go-to start, but some people go lower or a little higher, depending)
That includes everything you eat, but WHAT you eat is your choice.
I think you'll find that eating things like granola bars will make you hungrier and make it harder to stick to DD limits, though.

Thats the best part of JUDDD.. its not the WHAT.. its the Calories~

foot note here,, Every thing is counted.. there are no "FREE" foods like veggys.. if you eat them.. they get counted .. even if its small amount of caloires , they all add up~

1991 Highest Weight 296#
