DD
B - 2 eggs plus 2 egg whites, coffee with HWC (250)
L - turkey slices with pickle spears (75)
D - egg or nothing
I have experimented with having most of my calories for breakfast with higher protein/fat and it is working. I have the same breakfast on UD's too so I don't confuse myself with what day it is.

Fasting until supper (coffee w/almond milk, chicken broth if I need it) and then having chili (98% lean ground beef, onions, spices, tomatoes/sauce) for about 300 cals.

This is going to be a half down, half up day, lol

B-coffee with SF chocolate syrup-15cal

L-eggbeaters with a tsp of lite cream cheese. I'm going to try and skip the toast. 100 cal or less

D-Out with friends at a Mexican restaurant. I know there will be drinks involved, so I will have to eat a moderate amount of food. I'll be going online to see if they have nutritional info so I can plan better.

My plan was a nice fruit/yogurt/protein smoothie but I'm beginning to think I'll need something more substantial. Maybe scrambled eggs and zucchini hash browns along with a small bowl of yogurt with some fruit.

I had to add a 1/2 cup of FF cottage cheese to get through until dinner, 80 cals. So that's about 195 so far.
