WOE: hhcg
Just Finished my first week of JUDDD

I can not believe I was SOOOO nervous to start and had so many doubts! It has been wonderful!!!

I got over my rough start by eating too much on day 2. It has been easy peasy since and I will definitely continue! I'd still like to lose 5-8 more lbs (I keep lowering it!) But honestly, I feel very comfortable in my clothes and feel very good about myself finally!

So here are my results.....

Lost 20 lbs on hcg...... transitioned to JUDDD for my P3. Wednesday is my last day of P3.

7/16 - DD 139.2 Steak Day (hcg correction day that blew)
7/17 - UD 138.4 -.8
7/18 - DD 140 Up b/c of emotional eating from not losing as much as I wanted from correction day. Self Sabotage!
7/19 - UD 138 -.4
7/20 - DD 137.6 -.4
7/21 - UD 136.4 - 1.2
7/22 - DD 136.8 +.4 (Did not freak out in the least...yay!)
7/23 - UD 135.2 -1.6 (Holy cow! Hcg numbers there!)

The absolute best part is food hasn't been consuming me aside from Day 2. I sometimes forget to eat on my UD's. I just love that I already feel food doesn't have a much control over me and that was what I was really, really hoping for with this WOE. I had read so much about others overcoming and it just seemed too good to be true!

Now I know it is only one week, but I am happy & hopeful it will continue!

Thank you all for helping me decide to jump off the cliff and try it and help me get over that rough start!

Wowzer! I have been wondering how it was going?!?!?

The best part is, that you are going to find this getting better in time. Imagine that!!! I think for me it was around week 8, but I just couldn't believe how easy this plan is. When you are in maintenance you will lose as so many others have before you! Hooray!

Awesome! I'm one week in as well...and down 3lbs. This is only a little slower than when I did hcg and a lot more manageable for me.

Way to go!!!! Congrats on the first week success!!!

And I agree that JUDDD seems to be much easier to follow than the HCG diet. JUDDD can be just a way to eat and not a "diet".

Congratulations on additional weight loss in your first week on JUDDD!

I'll tell you what.. to come off of HCG and be losing weight the very first week is pretty darned good. Lots of folks who transition onto JUDDD from HCG aren't able to lose so immediately. Way to go!

Awesome job, CTG! Love that you are consuming the food, rather than IT consuming YOU. KUTGW, my bud - I know you are on your way to success with JUDDD.

Agreed so very much! It took me about a month to start seeing losses after transitioning from P3 to JUDDD so pat yourself on the back for an excellent job! Happy losing!
