Losing Weight!!

I can't believe that I am losing weight. I am eating foods on my updays that I haven't eaten in 2 years and feel so satisfied. We go to restraunts now and I order anything I want! I seem to be losing about 1/3 lb a day so that is great. The weird thing is that if you calculate my calories over a two day period I am eating more calories now than before when I couldn't loose. It's awesome!

Reagan, you seem have come up with a simple answer to the question, "How do you do the diet?"

Happy for you!

WOE: JUDDD!!!
Yup, JUDDD works in wonderful ways, so enjoy all that yummy restaurant food, and party food, and the feasts on all the Holidays, and neighborhood potlucks, and Church suppers, and.. and.. and.. whatever you want to include in your food plan. JUDDD will almost always work for you if you respect your calorie ceiling numbers. And it will work while you get back to enjoying foods you haven't eaten in ages!

And here's an interesting fact that we've seen happen for folks over and over and over again. You said that, ".......... I am eating foods on my updays that I haven't eaten in 2 years.........." and yet you're losing weight at a nice rate, even with eating all that food that you disallowed yourself for so long. We see folks who haven't been able to lose on other plans, who have been stalled for months, who are really having a dickens of a time on their plan, and then they start JUDDD, and start losing weight with little effort. Pretty amazing. I've seen it happen so many times, I begin to think that some of us manage to really throw a serious monkey wrench into the metabolic workings of our bodies, and bring ourselves to an excessive level of undue response to certain foods, that our bodies are almost more broken after we've dieted for awhile than they were when we first started.

Glad you're losing weight while enjoying wonderful dining experiences on your JUDDD program. Woo Hoo!

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Well, it looks like I spoke too soon. I had my first weigh in after a DD and I didn't loose any weight. I didn't gain any either?

You'll find it will bounce all over the place, often with no rhyme or reason. That's just JUDDD. Check out the daily weigh-in threads. I often stay exactly the same for days on end, or will gain after a DD or lose after an UD. It's crazy, but the trend is always downward!

Remember, this is not a race. Just keep on patiently rotating. You are doing fine.

Please allow your body time to do it thing.. keep your rotations and be mindfull of your caloires.. your doing fine.. Relax and enjoy the journey The plan works.. but you wont always see a loss when we think we should.. Many times the body is losing fat via the reduced amt of calories and in its place holds water.. so try not to get to worked up over the scale after a sucessfull DD.. Its hard i know to not be focussed on what that scale says daily.. but in time.. you will learn to love your scale and see it as a tool and not just the "only " way to measure sucess.. Hang tight girl.. you got this.. enjoy the journey~

Reagan, I have to count calories on JUDDD. I know some don't, but I have to use the ****** and even when I eat out, I have to get the best estimation of the food or else, I will not do well. I wish you the best!

JUDDD is the most fun I ever had losing weight while gaining health!
