it's UD monday, what are you having ??

I didn't see one of these started. I was afraid this would happen....

B - 2 eggs, toast 328c
L - pasta salad 400c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - chicken club salad *Jason's Deli 610c

That leaves 264c, might have wine when I get home or popcorn!

Thanks for starting it. I was running a little late this morning.

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, iced tea, coffee
L: Chicken strips with honey mustard
D: TBD - I got some lovely veggies from MIL's garden, but I think I'll save those for tomorrow's DD. May go out tonight. I have about a thousand calories left for dinner/wine.

The thing I look forward to the most on UD's is coffee with cream and sugar!

My lunch is pretty lean, cabbage stirfry left over from my down day with brown rice added to up the calories.

Dinner? I haven't planned that...my boyfriend wants to make some sort of peanut sauce for vegetables. I'm sure it will be good.

Breakfast was 3 eggs w/butter and 2 mugs of coffee with half and half

Lunch was a couple of BLT sandwiches! Hooray for homegrown Iowa summertime tomatoes!

Unhappily, I only have 450 calories left. No idea what to eat this evening, as I've been getting ready for a visit from my sister, and want to get the housework and laundry done before she arrives, then be free to just play for several days.

(Probably odds and ends out of the refrigerator that need to go...)

I have been well behaved in the face of chocolate. I only had one Ferrero Rocher and one small triangle from a mini toblerone. This is a big deal, I love chocolate so much I have a chocolate blog!

UI felt much more in control of my UD this time. No meals out, so I know exctly how many calories I had-1770. And thankfully my carb cravings are dying down. I'm doing a MD tomorrow, as little as possible during the day, then drinks & dinner with friends.

I'm not sure if I'm even allowed to do that? Anyone know? I'm not selling anything there, just reviewing chocolate bars and occasionally posting recipes. It's a new thing, so there are only a few posts so far.
