Half way there...

Well I have just realised I have lost 51lb and have another 48 to go. I lost a big chunk of my weight in the few weeks before discovering juddd. I was eating very low cal and although the weight was falling off I knew it wasn't sustainable. So I did a bit of Internet research and found juddd and this forum. And I'm so glad I did. This is a fantastic woe and the support and tips ideas I find here what keep me focused on my weight loss journey. For anyone thinking about starting juddd I cannot recommend it highly enough, just go for it and the down days do get easier

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Woo Hoo, Vikki!

JUDDD doesn't profess to be a real fast way to lose weight, but it's a remarkable plan that results in weight loss at a very reasonable pace, bodies that are physically repaired in many ways to function better for us, and improved overall health because of that, and a happier mental attitude, it seems.

Wonderful to be able to diet hard every other day only, and then relax and eat at the calorie level that is our full maintenance number the other half of the time! JUDDD helps us learn how to care for our bodies through our menus/foods in a way that can let us all be living out our lives, slim and trim, and able to be active and vigorous!

Congrats on your great progress so far. I have no doubt that you will reach your goals!!!
