It's Saturday and an UD ~ What are you eating?

B: Not sure ~ We're volunteering at a rescue mission this morning, doing some painting and thermostat installations. They will be providing breakfast burritos, but I don't really like breakfast burritos, so will probably grab a bagel or power sandwich on the way.
L: Not sure
D: We're trying a new mexican restaurant with a tequila bar, so I'll try to save calories for that.
After dinner, we're going dancing (and er, ahem, more drinking).

That sounds a lot like my old drinking days. I'm glad they're over!

On the run this morning. A big mug of coffee with half & half cream this morning while making out my *To Do* list..

Grabbed a ham & Swiss sandwich on rye, w/mustard, to eat as a bit of brunch, and a big to-go glass of ice water.

****** says about 450 calories so far...

No idea about the menu/foods for the rest of the day.

Adding another meal.. late lunch was a big bowl of chili, homemade with lots of ground meat and lots of beans. LOL Also 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese melted on top. I wouldn't have chosen this on a summer's day, but DH asked if I could make him a couple of chili cheese dogs for lunch, with a beer, while he watched golf. So I just finished up the chili.

****** says another 435 calories. So I'm up to about 885 calories so far...

After dinner, we're going dancing (and er, ahem, more drinking).
Breakfast was an eggbeater/veggie/jack cheese omelet, with 1 slice of dry sourdough/smidge of strawberry jam, cottage potatoes w/green pepper and onion, and coffee.

Lunch was a Lean Gourmet salisbury steak and mashed potatoes.

Dinner will be either chicken fajitas or carne asada salad with sangria and a "flight" of tequilas to sample.

Exercise: 2 hours installing thermostats and painting rails in 90* heat.
Dancing after dinner if I can convince DH.

Supper was buttered cauliflower, buttered carrots, beet greens w/bacon & onion, chicken breast, and pineapple.

****** has added another 515 calories for this supper, so I'm up to 1400 cals today.

Room for some Hershey's Symphony candy bar if I'd like. This is a candy bar that I really like, so I may eat it tonight and not save it for another time.

Breakfast-black coffee
Lunch-turkey sandwiches on flatbread with dijonnaise, whole-wheat couscous with soy sauce and an avocado, sugar-free chocolate pudding.
snack-whole-wheat mini bagel
dinner-ratatouille with fresh tuscan rolls from the bakery down the street (I'm going to miss them when we move)

I haven't counted today, part of my preparation for maintenance when I have no scale, but I think I'm going to have a little bit of ice cream to round off my very satisfying day.
