I'm back :)

it's crazy ! how long have I been away ? 2, maybe 3 weeks ... and already so many new JUDDDers ! how cool is that ! I'm sure you're all totally in love with JUDDD already

I took a JUDDD break as scheduled and I had a little rebound (scheduled too!) that wouldn't bother me in winter time but which is pretty annoying 2 weeks from summer holiday & swimsuit-ing...

So i'm back

I don't know how good I'll JUDDD for those coming 2 weeks but i'll try anyway !

For the record, last weigh-in mid june I was 133 and now i'm over 135...

We missed you! Welcome back!

And don't worry about the rebound. Just resume JUDDDing and watch that planned extra weight melt away (and take some more with it).

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Hi, Annie! I come and go for periods of time nowdays too. But I've found I always need to check back in after awhile just to keep the subject of weight management up near the top of my mind.

While I love the relaxation of just living my life and not worrying much about anything these days, if I get too far out of the JUDDD mindset for too long, I'll pay the price with a bit of weight gain, and that goads me back into focusing on my management plan for weight control again.

But now that the basic calorie cycling way of eating is pretty much an absolute habit, I just eat this way naturally now. The only thing I have to tighten up on sometimes is counting the calories a bit more absolutely, rather than just sliding over them, and lowering the calorie numbers a bit for awhile.

Your extra pounds, few that they are, will melt away quickly, I am sure, and you will be in Slim & Sleek swimsuit shape in short order!

Started JUDDD 10/12/11 after LC.
MAINTENANCE since 11/12/11, & have lost more weight. I shake things up all the time with my version of Pirate Jenny's MUDDD, my "Fast 5" & other IF. ...low-moderate fat....and eating "healthy" foods 75+% of the time which lets me have real life and indulgences too I've reached my goals, improved my health & appearance, and enjoy my lifetime woe!

it's definitely not easy to get back on track in summer, with friends calling every other day in order to have a drink outside, picnic, or eat at a parisian terrasse...
Yesterday was supposed to be a DD but I blew it, MD at best. And today we have a picnic scheduled so it's gonna end up as an UD ... monday, monday i'll have a DD.... hopefully
