Blood Panel

I was wondering what experience people have been having with JUDDD as far as their blood panel results. The Zone Diet improved my results substantially! My cholesterol went from 250 down to 178, my triglycerides went from 200 down to 80 and fasting blood sugar from 100 to 83.

I am eating more carbs now on my up day so I am thinking my cholesterol and TG will go up? Or, have people found the opposite?

Wow! WTG!!!

I don't have my labs handy right now...I do know that last time I went to the doctor, he was very very pleased with my results. Better triglycerides, excellent kidney function, and lower liver enzymes (they've been elevated for years). Everything that was off will improve as my liver continues "to work better", as he put it.

I got my last bloodwork immediately before starting JUDDD three months ago. I actually waited to start JUDDD so that I could get my bloodwork done first. Because I am hypothyroid, labs are done about every three months. This time in I will ask to have a A1C (blood glucose) done as well. I will be very curious to see what the difference might be, especially since I don't restrict any type of foods (except diet pop).
