3 Day Kaiser Diet
Hey everyone! So yesterday was my 3rd day and i weighed myself today, i lost a total of 5 lbs. I really have a feeling that I could have lost more but I am not weighting or measuring the food right, I just ordered measuring spoons and cups on Ebay as well as a scale. So hopefully I will loose more weight next week.
The diet is as follows: Day 1 * Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 slice toast * Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice toast, coffee/tea * Dinner: 3 oz meat, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream Day 2 * Breakfast: 1/2 banana, 1 egg, 1 slice toast * Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers * Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream Day 3 * Breakfast: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 slice toast * Lunch: 1 oz cheddar cheese, 5 saltine crackers, 1 small apple * Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream In order for you to succeed on the Kaiser 3 day diet, you must follow the plan to the letter. The Kaiser 3 day diet does not allow substitutions or changes. |

I know this is a very old thread but I have been intrigued by this plan since reading it. I am on day 2 today and will let you know how I end up after my 3rd day. Anybody want to join in?

I'm on my 3rd day. I hope I have good results to post tomorrow. I'm really not expecting 10 lbs. That sounds too over the top. I have felt really good all day and am even doing my usual exercising which is walking w/ lots of stairs!! Fortunately I like all the food (although the tuna is a bit dry for me without mayo). I'll report back tomorrow...

Well, just one lb. down, but I tend to see results a day or two later on the scale (good or bad!!) so I will still keep reporting in if anyone is interested. My plan is to just eat sensibly and stay away from the Christmas goodies. If I net at least a 3 lb. loss for the week I will definitely do this again (after the holidays). I felt really good all 3 days and feel much lighter today. Also, I am just plain ol' proud of myself for doing this perfectly on plan for the 3 days!!
