Do these numbers look right?
Here they are....I am not panicking...just wondering if anyone else's numbers looks like this;
Left P3 (hhcg) after 3 weeks...and didn't really stablize well. So that may be an added factor. I did well on my first round last year. Lost 13 lbs and kept off 10 lbs. Then decided to start JUDDD.
June 19th UD 183.8
20 DD 182.8
21 UD 181.0
22 DD 183.0
23 UD 181.0 (golf tourney and had antihistamine..they always make me gain)
24 MD 184.6
25 DD 185.6
26 UD 181.0
27 DD 183.0
28 UD 180.2
29 MD 180.2
30 DD 181.8
01 UD 181.8
02 DD 185.8 (TOM)
03 UD 183.0
04 DD 183.8 (Took antihistamine!)
05 UD 181.8
06 DD 181.6
07 UD 179.8
08 DD 182.0
09 UD 181.4
yeah, yeah, I know I had 2 MDs...I got it. I'm not doing them anymore just to keep my rotation the same. Please don't lecture me on that. What I am asking is if my numbers look pretty normal or even normalish (lol)? Antihistamines always hurt me. I gain weight every single time! and they make me hungry and sleepy. But...those that have lost a fair amount of weight or even better...started with my stats...if these numbers are actually progressing or slowing down to nothing and losing the same 2 lbs over and over again?

There isn't a "normal". Some folks bounce all over with the trend down, some lose very slowly, some fast. Here is a link to the bouncing charts. I don't think anyone here lectures and some may have been put off by that comment...or no one has looked at new topics. It's been a couple weeks for me. Good luck in your journey.

You could also look at the daily weigh-in threads to see what other people's "normal" looks like. Many of us lose in fits and starts.
JUDDD got me where I want to be!

I came from HCG to JUDD and I stayed the same for a 3-4 weeks before seeing a decrease on the scale, I believe there is healing that is going on and if you keep at it, your numbers will go down.

I transitioned from HHCG P3 to JUDDD too and it took me over a month to begin losing. I'm pretty sure the HHCG has something to do with it because if you think about it P3 = Atkins, meaning, we should be losing on P3 too but very few of us do. This is, of course, my personal experience and it could be different for every HCGer but I thought I'd share. The scale WILL budge, just don't lose hope!

Dee: Your numbers look very normal to me. I'm not a lightening fast loser and there have been whole months where I just bounce up and down with the same 2 or 3 pounds.
You have lost! It means you are going in the right direction. Had to giggle at your comment about MDs because I so believe that every now and then some of us absolutely need those so we can enjoy life.
JUDD is lovely because it's flexible. Occasional MDs don't "wreck" the plan. For some, they might cause a slow down or a temporary stall. But, getting back to regular rotations takes care of everything. Congratulations on your dedication!

Yep, those numbers look totally normal to me!!!
A little frustrating, but totally normal.
I added up your numbers to get an average;
1st week : 183.1
2nd week: 182.0
3rd week: 181.9
So, by "my" way of figuring things, you have lost at least 1.2lbs!
And that's w/TOM & antihistamines...maybe this next week will bring you a nice whoosh as the water retention recedes.
Sometimes it helps to look at your highs & lows;
1st week: 181.0
2nd week: 180.2
3rd week: 179.8
....also a 1.2lb loss by this method!
Sometimes I just go to my control panel and only get the updates on threads I've already posted on...I don't check for new threads...I spend quite a bit too much time on here as it is! Sorry you felt lonely!!!
I know we had a bit of a kerfuffle over MDs recently, so I appreciate your posting your question in spite of apprehension of perhaps being lectured!

@Yam yam: it helps to know others who have lost slowly but successfully. Very encouraging b/c when I look at the numbers in terms of losses....they don't look all that impressive but they are at least going down...albeit very gradual.
@PJ: thanks. I didn't think to look at it that way. That does help. It has also been unseasonably warm here the past few days so I may be retaining water. Thanks so much!
