Just about all of it

I swear they must put crack or something in their food

I've done good lately and stayed away from all of them.

Chick-fil-A and Whataburger are my favorites.

The occasional Subway "sandwich" made into a salad is the extent of my fast food.

I know it sure is like some kind of drug! I used to be addicted to fast food, and the amazing thing is that the last time I ate fast food, it did not give me the kind of "fix" that it used to! It did nothing for me. Not only that, it didn't feel like real food and I felt like I had given up a real meal for this non food stuff. That was the feeling I had. It did not give me the kind of feeling I used to get from it. I was like wow, okay cool. Before, I used to go crazy over any kind of fast food and couldn't get enough of it and would get some kind of fix from it.

Down to three things: Pizza Hut, Walmart Donut, and McDonald's Cheeseburger, but I never eat even these things more than very occasionally (maybe once a year or twice for the burger).

Coffee & tea, nothing added.

Those are the only foods I think trust from a fast food place.

I used to love the angus burgers from McDonalds and the Big Beufords from Rallys! I was crazy over those Big Beufords!

If I'm going to eat the whole thing I'd say Fatburger is my favorite. I only eat the hamburger out of the bun now, no fries and a diet come.

That is too funny! I like Taco Johns, the taco salad, I dump it out of the tortilla bowl and dig in.....yummy! Any burger minus the bun.

I don't eat fast food often but on the rare occasion that I do, I go for BK's whopper, no bun, no onions, no ketchup.

It's the BEST! Sometimes for the weekend, I buy a family size thing of chicken and pay extra for white meat. It's great with a LC tortilla. Apart from that, I buy the occasional In 'N' Out double double protein style or Carl's Jr. 'Six Dollar LC Burger'.

My favorite fast food is drive thru Greek salad with grilled chicken/ Greek dressing from a FF place called Tom's.

I love the Baconator from wendys. I get a side caesar salad (no croutons) with it instead of fries, and an unsweetened tea. Toss the bun out. Which, by the way, takes half the cheese off because it sticks to it

I like Jimmy John's unwiches (lettuce wrap sub) and Chipotle salads (no dressing, add guacamole). If friends drag me somewhere unfamiliar, I can usually find some type of chef salad and diet soda--not great but not a disaster either. KFC and Boston Market have decent meat/veg combos.

Another vote for El Pollo Loco here. I either get the chicken tortilla soup (they give the tortilla strips on the side, I toss those) or a chicken breast and loco salad. Topped with a diet coke or iced tea it's very yummy and totally "legal"!

Taco Bell. Nacho cheese chicken chalupa with a million packets of fire sauce on it. I know it's the lowest rung on the fast food ladder, but I love them. No more for me though. I make my own version without the shell at home now. Still a million packets of fire sauce.

A single serving of almonds and a couple of string cheeses has become my fast food meal. I can always find these at gas stations and grocery stores. A few times, I've gotten a chicken ceasar salad at McDonald's, etc, but I always suspect there's some sneaky corn syrup and flour in the mix.

Am I the only one who loves KFC? I'm lucky in that as far as I know, there isn't a KFC within a thousand miles. I their fried chicken.
