I was just wondering if I eat so much fat for fuel when would my body burn the stored fat? I have lost 9 pounds already in 2 weeks so I don't think I have this problem, I was just curious if anyone has had this issue.

I would think that it IS possible to eat too much fat. You have to burn off what you are eating BEFORE burning off stored fat. On the other hand, if I don't get enough fat in I will stall or even gain weight.

Yes it's definitely possible. Your body still works off of a calorie expenditure even while doing low carb. If you eat more calories then you need, you're going to gain weight. It's just harder to eat that many calories in the absence of carbs.

at first it's key to really get into ketosis and satisfy your hunger while it's happening. after that, pay attention to your hunger. you will need to eat a LOT less, and you should do that.
Often I don't come back to read threads where I've posted. If you want me to see something, please send me a private message. Thanks!
