Nothing so far for me. Well, nothing meaning coffee (always). Plus 1/2T of coconut oil.

Planning to wait it out at least until 3 pm, perhaps later. I want to have a nice low down day today after the birthday cake excess of yesterday. Today's my actual birthday, but celebrated yesterday (and again tomorrow, heehee).

way too hot to cook, and so after shopping for his parent's anniversary, DH and I went out to a local chain ribs place.

I had a greek salad (200cal per their website) and 5oz grilled chicken (230cal,), and I'm skipping my almond milk at night... so my new daily total is:

578 cal
3g net

I had wayyyyy too much caffeine today :sta rs: but it helps on down days

Stalk away! They're very thin rice cake sort of thingies. That's my technical description. The ones I got are made with corn, quinoa and sesame. They're 38 calories for 3, and perfect with a little laughing cow and some toppings. They're so thin, they don't taste/feel like you're eating a styrofoam hockey puck.

ETA: I got them at Whole Foods in the rice cake section.

LOL, love it. You continue to eat interesting things! Now I also know I can go to Wendy's and have chili!

Will check these out at "whole paycheck" sometime when I'm driving by-- there's only 7 stores in Canada, and 3 of them are in Ontario... and I live right between 2 of them
(lucky me?)
