DD for me!

B: 2 eggs and decaf coffee
L: Salad with 2 hard-boiled eggs sliced on top (along with some vinegar)
D: Salad with chicken breast on top (along with some vinegar)

Yum! I was worried last time that I would be hungry, but with the TONS of water I drank, I was satisfied all day! I can do this!

I think the theme song for JUDDD needs to be "Tomorrow! Tomorrow! I love ya Tomorrow, You only a day away!"

UD here.

B: Vietnamese Iced Coffee, English muffin w/ butter & jam (467)
L: leftover cheeseburger (I set one aside from last night's cookout) on roll w/ mayo, tomato & guacamole (538)
D: taco salad in a shell w/ meat, tomato, onion, lettuce, cheese, light sour cream, light 1000 island and the rest of the guac from lunch (720)
S: homemade SF cheesecake pudding w/ whipped cream (50)

That brings me to 1775, so I'll need to add about 125 calories in snacks in between lunch and dinner.

Off to do my grocery shopping! I'll update later w/ changes (I always seem to change things up as the day progresses...)

S- 10 cherries and some chicken bouillon (48)

~270 cals already and I am still starving. I am drinking ice water now but it looks like I will need to go up to 400 or 500 calories today to get through this DD.

Oh well, some are tougher than others!

Nothing so far except coffee with 1 T coconut oil. It's nearly 4 pm here and I've gotten through the part of the day where I normally get the hungriest, 3 pm. Who knows, I may be able to go without eating the whole day. We'll see.

I sure hope this "not counting CO" thing works out for me. I cooked my stir-fry per the directions and added 1T CO at the end and it was soooo good!

Coffee with stevia and 25-cal creamer
big salad with no-cal Walden Farms Ranch
1 cup watermelon

pretty dinner plated by dh
3 ounces Porterhouse pan-fried in coconut oil, served in strips
sliced tomato and cucumber arranged on lettuce leaves
dip of 1/2 actual Ranch and 1/2 Walden no-cal for veggies
A-1 steaksauce

350 calories so far today - that may be it.
