UD and we are camping.

B: 3 b'milk pancakes, small sausage, syrup, Vietnamese iced coffee (718)
L: probably not much...maybe a half a ham sammy (189)
D: cheeseburger w/ mayo & red pepper relish (511)
S: budgeting in 2 s'mores and a couple of roasted marshmallows at the campfire later (340)

Total is 1758 with about 100 left for a few crackers or a handful of chips somewhere along the way. It IS camp, ya know.

UD!

B - nothing yet may scramble 2 eggs and plan on eating a strawberry cupcake w/ fresh cream topping a lady at work made yesterday and I didn't eat b/c it was a DD...Yay for me holding off! LOL
L - no idea maybe a hot dog (no bun) w/ some chili and some veggies w/ italian dressing
D - probably chicken quesadillas or something of the sort from Chili's and maybe a drink

B: black tea
L: 2 eggs over easy, spicy shredded pork with scallions, peppers, bean sprouts, jelly-ear mushroom in garlic sauce over small amount of rice
D: spicy ground beef zucchini onion avocado stir fry, brie
S: salt & vinegar almonds, 2 nuked mini babybel original cheese "crackers", coconut butter cocoa almond fudge

Had a large lunch but it was yummy! 2055 calories total with the 2 mini babybels, 1915 if I don't have them.

Didn't have the mini babybels but had more brie and more of the stir fry for dinner so ended up even higher at about 2260 calories. It was a hungry UD, wow! I've noticed the lower I eat on my DDs, the higher I tend to go on my UDs. I guess I'll see in a week or so what effect it'll have on my weight.

One hard boiled egg
5 buffalo shrimp and 6 steamer clams
10 cherries
280 calories

Then DH asks me to go for a walk and veers off in the direction of the ice cream place where he proceeds to have a huge cone. Grrrr. What do you call DH when he is no longer "D"?
