PF Changs and DD tomorrow - any suggestions?

Just got an invitation for a business dinner tomorrow night at PF Changs. I plan to look at the nutritional information online ahead of time, but wondered if my wonderful JUDD BUDDS had any experiences/thoughts that they might want to share?

Am traveling all week for business, and so far have been able to stay on track - but any ideas are welcome!

The egg drop soup would be really low calorie (60 calories per serving). Maybe combine that with some sort of fish. I looked it up and the Asian Ginger Salmon only has 272 calories. Mmm... I love PF Changs... getting ideas for my UD tomorrow.

Try the lettuce wraps with chicken....you could even split them with someone, and then maybe have the egg drop or hot and sour soup.

Steamed Buddhas Feast!! I can't remember the exact number of calories but it's way low from what I remember.

Shanghai cucumbers!
Please excuse the typos. My keyboard is dying one key at a time and the backspace and half of the mousepad is dead, so I am waiting on a new computer. And too lazy to go get an external keyboard.

I have done both the shrimp or chicken lettuce wraps and egg drop soup before! You should be able to keep it below 500! It is a wonderful restaurant!
